Ijakadi African Martial Arts Classes
In person classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 7pm EST! Reasonably priced with plans starting at $60/month, see above to schedule your free trial class! Our gym is located conveniently off the highway at 670 Lincoln Street, Portsmouth, VA.
Sparring Lab
After class, we glove up and bang! Our sparring lab is optional and non-competitive. Using LIGHT contact, students experiment and explore the techniques they learned and try to apply them against resistance from their sparring partner. Ultimately, African Martial Arts is about being able to apply it!
Our Facility
Our gym is full equipped with heavy bags, mat area, and full weight room! A key to training is also being in shape. Come out and see for yourself!
